The room had modern and comfortable furniture with a great balcony for relaxing.

New-fashioned, huge room with a private bathroom and double sink and a tub. Great and gorgeous location, separate beach area, next to the water/beach surrounded by a golf course and lava fields, and a golf course...

Great choice for a vacation. Neat rooms with ocean views. Feather pillows and hypo-allergenic pillows provide exceptional comfort. Wonderful location, just a short 10-15 minute walk from Spa Without Walls.

The beach with its protected pool is very pleasant and the possibility of snorkeling just in front of the hotel to observe the turtles is an exceptional experience! The rooms are pleasant, the bedding very comfortable and the bathroom is spacious.

The wifi in the room is random and the shower products have not been replenished for the entire stay (5 nights) which is not worthy of a 5-star hotel.

This place is great for families and offers a delicious breakfast, tidy rooms, friendly customer service, complimentary wake up calls, and ironing services.

The food available for continental breakfast was outstanding. The room was modern and brand-new, with amenities like a safe, cable TV with on-demand movies, and tea/coffee making equipment. The staff were amazingly nice and their services were friendly.

Location: the hotel was very close to Close to shopping centres as well as airport and the dramatic black lava fields and beautiful beaches.

The view from the balcony, the tranquillity that allows resting. The ambiance of the gardens. The spacious and comfortable room. The excellent attention of the staff, of the concergie, especially the staff. Rachel who spoke some Spanish and Ms. Carolina from reception with a fluent Spanish.

Really beautiful hotel. The small beach is very practical and shelters a turtle colony. Several restaurant choices. The room was also very pleasant. A few restaurants and a foodland 2 minutes away.
